  • This is an agreement between you and Curly’s Tattoo Parlor.
  • By using this website, booking an appointment, or receiving a tattoo from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • These terms may be updated at any time, and the latest version will be posted on our website.

2. Appointments and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments.
  • This deposit amount will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
  • The deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or no-show your appointment without sufficient notice (e.g., 48-72 hours).

3. Health and Safety

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid government-issued photo identification to get a tattoo.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • You are responsible for disclosing any and all health conditions (e.g., allergies, skin conditions, medical issues) that may affect your tattoo.

4. Artwork and Design

  • All tattoo designs, including custom pieces, remain the intellectual property of the artist.
  • Major changes to a custom design may require a new deposit.
  • Small adjustments can be made on the day of your appointment at the artist’s discretion.

5. Aftercare & Liability

  • You acknowledge that getting a tattoo carries inherent risks, including infection, scarring, or allergic reactions.
  • Curly’s Tattoo Parlor is not liable for any issues that may arise from improper aftercare. You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by your artist.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items on our premises.

6. Website Use

  • Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Curly’s Tattoo Parlor and protected by copyright.
  • Limitation of Liability: This website and its content are provided “as is.” Curly’s Tattoo Parlor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from using this site.
