By using this website, booking an appointment, or receiving a tattoo from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Appointments and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments.
This deposit amount will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
The deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or no-show your appointment without sufficient notice (e.g., 48-72 hours).
3. Health and Safety
You must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid government-issued photo identification to get a tattoo.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
You are responsible for disclosing any and all health conditions (e.g., allergies, skin conditions, medical issues) that may affect your tattoo.
4. Artwork and Design
All tattoo designs, including custom pieces, remain the intellectual property of the artist.
Major changes to a custom design may require a new deposit.
Small adjustments can be made on the day of your appointment at the artist’s discretion.
5. Aftercare & Liability
You acknowledge that getting a tattoo carries inherent risks, including infection, scarring, or allergic reactions.
Curly’s Tattoo Parlor is not liable for any issues that may arise from improper aftercare. You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by your artist.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items on our premises.
